Put yourself in the shoes of Professor Truffle, a connoisseur of herbs and fungi alike, as he makes his rounds across the realm as a traveling doctor.

Good health is but a matter of degree of balance of an individual's elements. Do you have the skills needed to balance out every patient's elemental humors?
